We are currently looking for a:

Manager Product Information Engineering

What will you do?

As Manager Product Information Engineering, you play a key role in how we organize, manage, and continuously improve technical information across our organization. You are a people-oriented leader with a solid technical foundation and a clear vision for information management. You work with a multidisciplinary team and can easily switch between different topics to ensure that the right developments are implemented to optimize manuals, article control, and engineering support processes. You do this in close collaboration with fellow unit managers and the Engineering Division Manager.

Your responsibilities are diverse and include:

• Leading the Manuals Team (approximately 6 employees), which is responsible for the technical information chain surrounding our attractions.

• Driving the transition toward future-proof information management: modular, reusable, digital, and always accessible for both internal teams and customers worldwide.

• Ensuring that the right information is available at the right time and in the right format.

• Managing the Article Control Team (2 employees) and safeguarding the quality of product and drawing data within the PLM system (Pro.file).

• Coordinating and supporting 2 employees who perform engineering support activities across the entire engineering department.

• Creating and fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Affinity with Microsoft Project and project planning is considered a plus.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working, preferably in a technical field.

• Experience in leading and coaching teams.

• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of business processes.

• Affinity with technical documentation and information architecture.

• Knowledge of PLM systems and data management is an advantage.

• Proactive, critical, and well-organized.

• Customer-focused and quality-driven.

• Good command of the English language.
