We are urgently looking for an:

Article Control Employee

Are you precise, strong with digital tools, and energized when information is well organized and easy for everyone to find? As Article Control Employee, you ensure that technical information, documents, and data at Vekoma are well managed. You are also an important contact for our PLM application, contributing behind the scenes to the development and production of our famous roller coasters and attractions worldwide.

What will you do?

• Manage and update our digital archive, central database, and library;

• Process, digitize, and record technical documents and information;

• Monitor completeness and accessibility of documents and data;

• Functionally and technically manage our PLM application;

• Set up and adjust PLM so it supports our information and business processes well;

• Support and advise colleagues on using PLM;

• Grant authorizations according to agreed rules;

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks and malfunctions, and think about structural solutions;

• Maintain contact with the PLM application supplier.

What do we expect from you?

• You have mbo level work and thinking ability, for example in information services, computer science, or similar;

• You have affinity with digital information systems and document management;

• You can work independently and take initiative when you see improvement opportunities;

• You are customer-oriented, quality-focused, and enjoy working together;

• You communicate easily with different colleagues and external parties;

• You master the English language in speaking and writing.
