Assembly Technician

We are currently looking for an:

Assembly Technician

As an Assembly Technician, you will perform assembly activities for the production of roller coaster track and train components, following technical drawings and assembly instructions.

What will you do?

• Carry out assembly activities in coordination with the Assembly Team Coordinator.

• Check the availability of all components and materials required for assembly and determine the sequence of assembly operations.

• Assemble train components and drive systems for attractions, including car bodies, seats, restraints, wheels, bearings, brakes, and hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.

• Install piping and related system components.

• Adjust and align various assembled components, such as wheel spacing, brake settings, and similar parts.

• Perform prescribed measurements and record the results in inspection and measurement reports.

• Carry out maintenance on tools and equipment in use and ensure they remain in good working condition.

What do we expect from you?

• You have vocational knowledge at MBO level, for example through an Assembly & Maintenance Level 2 qualification.

• You have knowledge of the materials, machines, and tools used in the assembly of roller coaster trains and drive systems.

• You are able to read and interpret technical drawings.

• You work accurately and pay attention to detail.

• You are familiar with applicable quality standards and safety regulations.

• You enjoy working together with colleagues.

• You are proactive and service-oriented.
