Facility Puchaser

As a Facility Buyer, you are responsible for managing and optimizing all facility procurement processes within our organization. You handle the procurement of facility services and products, such as cleaning, travel, security, catering, and office supplies. You work closely with various departments to ensure that all facility needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

Your responsibilites:

• Developing the procurement strategy (Sustainable Procurement - MVI) for facility product groups in consultation with the Unit Manager Purchase and Facility Coordinator.

• Identifying and selecting suppliers for facility services and products.

• Negotiating contracts and price agreements with suppliers.

• Contract administration.

• Contract management, including monitoring supplier performance and ensuring the quality of delivered services and products.

• Managing supplier relationships.

• Analyzing procurement data and preparing reports.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill procurement needs.

What we expect from you:

• A completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Facility Management, Business Administration, or Procurement Management.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial insight.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.

• Experience in contract management and supplier management.

• Knowledge of facility services and products.

• A proactive and results-oriented work attitude.
