We are currently looking for a:

Fitter

As a Fitter, you will help manufacture the track tubing for our world-famous attractions. You play an important role in producing the track components that give our rides their unique experience. In this role, you will assemble steel structures based on technical drawings, including general construction parts, roller coaster components, and roller coaster trains.

In addition, you will operate CNC-controlled tube bending and rolling machines for tubes up to 168 mm in diameter, as well as bending machines for tubes with diameters ranging from 273 mm to 610 mm. You will work according to applicable instructions and required measurement specifications.

What will you do?

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions;

• Prepare bending work by checking materials, tools, and dimensions;

• Operate CNC-controlled bending machines and apply various techniques such as straightening, pressing, bending, and finishing;

• Inspect your work for quality and deviations and take corrective action when necessary.

What do we expect form you?

• MBO-level working and thinking ability (vocational education) and/or relevant experience in metalworking or steel construction;

• Experience with steel processing (grinding, drilling, sawing) and knowledge of materials, machinery, and tools;

• Familiarity with applicable regulations, the ability to read technical drawings, and a precise working style;

• Interest in or experience with tube bending (experience is welcome, but we are also happy to teach you);

• A proactive attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety within the production process;

• Technical insight (preferably in metalworking) and a strong sense of responsibility;

• A hands-on mentality, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure;

• Strong organizational skills, the ability to think ahead, identify opportunities for improvement, and take initiative.
