HR Consultant

For our HR Department, we are looking for an:

HR Consultant

Are you an HR Consultant who wants to make a difference in a talent-focused organization?

Do you have a keen understanding of both organizational needs and people? Then we are looking for you!

Together with two fellow HR Consultants, you will be responsible for streamlining and implementing HR policies across our organization. You act as a trusted partner to both management and employees and serve as the first point of contact for organizational advice, people-related matters, and development issues. With your expertise, you help employees grow, develop their talents, and find the right place within the organization.

What will you do?

• Play an active role in organizational development at various levels and contribute to growth, innovation, and efficiency;

• Advise management while balancing both employee interests and organizational objectives;

• Support the recruitment and selection of the right talent;

• Develop and implement HR strategies that contribute to a future-ready organization;

• Lead or participate in HR projects, such as further developing talent management within the organization.

What do we expect from you?

• You hold at least a Bachelor's degree (HBO level) and have experience in Human Resources;

• You have knowledge of HR processes and relevant employment legislation and regulations;

• You are a team player with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills;

• You have strong organizational awareness and can recognize both visible and underlying dynamics within an organization;

• You thrive in a dynamic environment and can easily switch between a variety of tasks;

• You are decisive and able to maintain oversight in complex situations;

• You think creatively and flexibly and have a solution-oriented approach;

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
