We are currently looking for a:


Accounting - Finance Assistant


As an Accounting Assistant within the Finance team, you will work on the accurate, timely, and efficient processing and payment of purchase invoices. You’ll perform precise checks, track progress, and play a central role in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process. Additionally, you will actively contribute to optimizing workflows within accounts payable and the projects organization.

What will you do?

  • Record, process, and code purchase invoices in the system.
  • Handle the entire payment process from start to finish.
  • Serve as the point of contact for supplier inquiries regarding purchase invoices and manage payment reminders.
  • Act as the internal contact for the entire P2P process.
  • Process bank transactions and manage the cash book.
  • Monitor payment terms and analyze aging reports.
  • Verify processed data in accounts payable for accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in and contribute to the projects organization through the P2P process.
  • Review output and prepare reports.
  • Actively contribute to projects and the optimization of workflows in accounts payable.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Relevant knowledge at an MBO level, such as obtained through a level 4 business administration program.
  • Preferably experience with Easy Invoice and/or Isah.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and organize your tasks efficiently based on priorities.
  • Analytical skills to compile necessary information from company records.
  • Customer-oriented and collaborative team player.
