Production Planner

For the Production division we are currently looking for a:

Production Planner

As a production planner, you will oversee the production planning for ongoing projects and new prospects. You will work with stakeholders to create, monitor, and update the planning, taking into account production capacity, material availability, and internal and external production processes. You will identify issues in advance and propose suitable solutions in coordination with the relevant departments.

What will you do?

• Create the production planning to optimize the supply chain and ensure timely availability of products, (semi-)finished goods, or raw materials;

• Translate orders into production by coordinating and adjusting the production planning, considering available capacity;

• Coordinate the production planning with Work Preparation and Project Management, liaising with other departments such as Production, Procurement, Installation, and Logistics;

• Determine the most practical and efficient work schedule and sequence for internal and external production processes related to project realization;

• Monitor progress and escalate issues when necessary;

• Proactively identify production process delays, propose solutions in coordination with Production, and report to Work Preparation and other relevant stakeholders;

• Generate periodic reports on time, progress, resources, opportunities, and risks;

• Contribute to project preparation and continuity by providing improvement suggestions to Unit Managers and Division Managers, enhancing efficient processes within the organization.

What do we expect from you?

• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education;

• Be independent, proactive, and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders using your social skills;

• Be skilled in planning and organizing tasks;

• Proficient in both Dutch and English, written and spoken;

• Be familiar with ERP systems and/or planning software such as MS Projects.
