We are urgently seeking an experienced:

Production Engineer - Electrical

As a Production Engineer, you play a central role within our team and act as the connecting link between project management, engineering, procurement, production, and assembly. For this position, strong process-oriented insight is essential, enabling you to oversee and structure processes in detail.

Due to the various specializations within our team, we are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in electrical engineering.

What will you do?

• Participate in project teams and provide advice on production process planning and progress.

• Review technical drawings and product specifications for completeness and quality, ensuring adjustments are made where necessary.

• Translate drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards, and create specific work instructions as needed.

• Set up the most practical and efficient production flow, integrating it into the ERP system to align with project planning, and coordinate with warehouse, assembly, and logistics departments.

• Ensure the timely availability of materials, semi-finished products, components, and tools while verifying that all necessary information, drawings, and work instructions are accessible.

• Collaborate with production and procurement teams on planning, progress, feasibility, and impact, partly based on procurement reports.

• Contribute ideas for optimizing processes within the organization.

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed an MBO-level education in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.

• You have work experience in a technical environment, preferably in the construction and/or machinery sector.

• You are familiar with MS Office and have experience working with an ERP system.

• You possess coordination skills and know how to persuade others.

• You have strong communication and social skills.

• You work with precision and remain calm under pressure.

• You take initiative and perform well in a team.

• You have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
