Intern - ICT Department

Internship period: February 2025 to July 2025

As an intern in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department, you'll take on a challenging and educational role, gaining exposure to various aspects of IT.

The Assignment

During this internship, you’ll work alongside your colleagues in the field. From day one, you'll be involved in the daily operations. You’ll proactively handle user inquiries via the ticket system or by phone.

In addition, you’ll contribute to ICT projects, such as modernizing the ICT Service Desk environment.

While taking responsibility for daily service tasks and project contributions, you'll also have access to your colleagues for support and gain valuable work experience.

As a specific graduation assignment, you'll be asked to write a functional and technical proposal for improving and streamlining processes related to asset and license management within ICT.
