    We are looking for a:

    Sustaining Development Engineer


    For the Parts & Services division, we are seeking a Sustaining Development Engineer to join our team on short notice.

    As a Sustaining Development Engineer, you analyze identified defects and/or disruptions in the proper functioning of attractions and propose effective solutions.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Analyze identified defects and/or disruptions in the proper functioning of attractions based on the information provided, with a focus on optimizing ease of use and extending the lifespan of the attractions.
    • Propose solutions based on your analysis, taking into account the associated costs, economic and technical feasibility, and assess whether the potential improvements are meaningful and beneficial.
    • Discuss proposed solutions with the relevant engineers, explain your findings, and, where necessary, suggest modifications for further development.
    • Oversee the testing of proposed solutions and improvements.
    • Contribute to the growth and implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.

    Job requirements

    What we expect from you:

  • A technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and thinking level (e.g., Mechanical Engineering), supplemented with knowledge of electrical/control systems engineering.
  • Several years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Supporting customers in resolving technical questions or issues requires strong listening skills and persuasive ability.
  • You are tactful, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
